What to expect at a pole fitness and dance class
beginners to advanced welcome
We have all been concerned about walking into that first pole class, are we too heavy? Too old? Too unfit? Too uncoordinated? Are we going to look the odd one out? Are all the other students going to be super fit Barbie dolls in string bikinis? Will we be expected to take any clothes off, be overly sexy or make a fool of ourselves? We have all been intrigued by the mystique of the pole fitness class and nervous as HELL going to the first one. It's ok, we know how you feel :D Pole fitness really is the next big fitness thing, its gonna be bigger than hula hooping, ceroc, free running and street dance. Polenastics put £100 on it as we know, as instructors, we can't get enough and neither can our students. Come and see what all the fuss is about.....
Classes are on a Thursday evening at the Alford Cricket Club in Well. This is a well-equipped venue with loads of free parking. The full address is The Alford Cricket Club, Train Fen Holt, Well Lane, Alford, Lincolnshire, LN13 0ET.
Each class is an hour long and caters for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced. We will be teaching you a huge variety of spins, tricks and poses, all in your own time with the emphasis on fun!
Please see the timetable for class times. Please do ensure that you book your place onto each as a space cannot be guaranteed if you have not booked. You are more than welcome to book and pole for more than one session.
Classes are £6.50 each and there are usually 2, but never more than 3 to each pole.
