What to expect at a pole fitness and dance class
beginners to advanced welcome
We have all been concerned about walking into that first pole class, are we too heavy? Too old? Too unfit? Too uncoordinated? Are we going to look the odd one out? Are all the other students going to be super fit? Will we be expected to take any clothes off, be overly sexy or wear tiny shorts? We have all been intrigued by the mystique of the pole fitness class and nervous as HELL going to the first one. It's ok, we know how you feel :D Pole Classes at The Studio, are FUN, FRIENDLY & INCLUSIVE. We already teach a wide range students, a mixture of shapes, ages and sizes, and not a single one judges another. We are all in it, learning, together. At Polenastics, you get to be yourself. Shorts are really helpful, we need skin to grip the pole, and a vest top would be idea. Hot pants and crop top your style? That's ok to!
Each class is an hour long and caters for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced. All students are encouraged to work at their own pace, you will have as much time as you need to practice and perfect your moves. We will be teaching you a huge variety of spins, tricks and poses, all in your own time with the emphasis on fun!
Please see the timetable for class times. Please do ensure that you book your place onto each as a space cannot be guaranteed if you have not booked. You are more than welcome to book and pole for more than one session.
Classes are £7 and there are never more that 2 people sharing a pole. each and there are usually 2, but never more than 3 to each pole.
